3 medium pears
orange or lemon juice
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. milk
1/3 c. finely chopped dates
lettuce leaves

DRESSING: 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp.. orange juice
dash ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pears in half lengthwise; remove core. Brush surface with orange juice. In small bowl, blend cream cheese & milk; stir in dates. Place pear half cut side down on cutting board; cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices. Keeping slices together; place pear half cut side up in palm of hand; spoon about 1 tbsp. filling into each cavity. Place pear filling side down on lettuce-lined salad plate, pressing slices slightly to form fan shape. Repeat with remaining pear halves. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; serve with salads.
