3 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
6 medium peaches or nectarines, peeled, sliced (3 cups)
1 1/2 c. red grapes or sweet cherries, cut in half, seeded
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. unsalted peanuts or slivered almonds
lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine turkey, peaches, grapes, celery & green onions. In small bowl, blend sour cream, sugar. salt, curry powder, vinegar, & lemon juice; pour over turkey mixture. Mix well. Cover & refrigerate at least 3 hours or until serving time. Just before serving, add peanuts; toss to combine. Spoon turkey mixture onto lettuce-lined serving platter. If desired, garnish with additional peach slices.
