Mix together well in a large bowl.
6 c. regular oatmeal
1 c. oat bran
2/3 c. non-fat dry milk or vanilla soy protein, whey or hemp powder
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans or BOTH!
2/3 c. dark brown sugar
½ c. chopped dried cranberries or any dried fruit you like
½ c. shredded coconut
1/3 c. ground flax seed
1 t. ground cinnamon (heaping)
1/2 t. ground cloves (heaping)
1/4 t. salt
Whisk together, pour over and stir, coating evenly:
2/3 c. canola oil
1c. honey
2T. molasses

Spray a roasting pan with Pam. Pour in granola mixture and pat down evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 mins. Stir well from the bottom. Bake 15 minutes more and repeat the stir. Until mix is toasty brown.
Cool thoroughly. Break up into large chunks. Store in an airtight container.
