1/2 c. butter
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. white sugar
1 c. milk
4 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place butter in an 8-inch square baking dish. Melt butter in the preheating oven, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Mix flour, sugar, and milk in a bowl until combined; pour batter over melted butter. Scatter blueberries over batter. Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 1 hour.

To make self rising flour from all purpose flour add 1 1/2 tsp. of baking powder and 1/2 tsp. of salt for every one cup of all purpose flour and mix well.
