2 lbs ground beef
Course salt and pepper
1 t. Oregano
Garlic salt

Taco sauce
1 can tomato sauce
Oregano to taste
Course salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce to taste

Corn or flour tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Minced jalapeņo
Shredded cheese
Sour cream
Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano.
In separate sauce pan heat tomato sauce with seasonings and Tabasco sauce.
Toast tortillas in a dry hot skillet or heat in oven.
Serve with ground beef, taco sauce and toppings.

These are a tradition in David's family. His record is 11 tacos in one sitting! So I guess I should say it serves 2 to 8 people!
