1 box yellow Jiffy Cake Mix
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 box (3 3/4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding
1 large can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 large (9 oz) carton Cool Whip
scant 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix as directed adding 1/4 teaspoon salt (a little less) and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread in 9x13 greased pan and bake 15 to 20 minutes at required temperature as on bxs. Let cool thoroughly.

Soften cream cheese and mix until creamy. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Blend cream cheese into the pudding until well mixed.

Drain pineapple well. Spread the cooled cake with the cheese and pudding mixture, spread the drained pineapple and top all with Cool Whip. Refrigerate 24 hours or longer.
