1 Box of Vanilla Wafers-crushed
3 eggs, separated
1/2 cup sugar
1 Cup of heavy whipping cream
6 Tbsp of bottles lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until very light. Add sugar and continue to beat. Add yolks and beat again. Stir in lemon juice. Whip cream until stiff and combine with lemon mixture.

Cover bottom of 8" square dish with 3/4 of the crumbs. Pour lemon filling on top and then cover with remaining cookie crumbs. Freeze at least 4 hours before serving,
