Ingredients:
1 lb. Beef Stew Meat, cut into small chunks
1 lb. Pork Stew Meat, cut into small chunks
1 Onion, chopped
Salt to taste

1 small can Beef Broth (use only part)

Flour & Water for thickening
1 can LaChoy Chop Suey Noodles
I box instant Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Put beef, pork, onion, salt and pepper in a small stew pan. Cook until meat is well browned. Drain liquid from vegetables and add to meat. Add broth until it is like a thick stew, about a half can or less (too much and it will be soupy). Add Kitchen Bouquet until it's a nice brown color. Simmer on low for at least a half hour, more if too thin. Thicken as you would your favorite gravy. I use flour and water. After thickened, pour over cooked rice and top with noodles. This will easily feed a family of four.

Personal Notes:
This has always been a favorite in my family and my husband loves it. You can spice it up with soy sauce or whatever you like. I use pork tenderloins and a better cut of beef than stew meat.
