1 pkg Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage
1 Can Rotel Original Tomatoes
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 lbs Velveta Cheese cut in cubes

Brown Sausage crumble and drain. Add all ingredients to crockpot. Heat until melted.
