1 lb elbow macaroni
1 Stick butter
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans evaporated milk
2 eggs
salt & pepper
1/2 cup or more Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta for 11 minutes, or until it is al dente. Drain and add stick of butter, salt and Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly butter a 9x13 baking dish.
pepper to taste. Mix well. Combine milk and the 2 eggs. Stir until egg is fully incorporated. Place ¼ of the pasta into baking dish. Follow by an even layer of ¼ of the cheese. Repeat layering three times. Pour milk egg mixture evenly over the top until covered completely (may have some left over). Top with a light even layer of the seasoned bread crumbs, they should soak up some of the milk mixture.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until set.
