1 quart sliced dill pickles
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 drops hot sauce
3/4 teaspoon pepper
Fryin' oil

Directions:
Directions:
Take your pickles and put 'em on a paper towel to drain off extra juice.
Take a bowl and mix together egg, just 1 tablespoon of the flour, milk, Worcestershire and hot sauce and set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the rest of the flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Take each pickle and dip first into the milk mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. Deep fry at 350º until pickles float to the top.
Drain 'em and enjoy!
