1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
1/4 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef (from deli), diced
1 small plum (Roma) tomato, chopped
2 thin slices red onion
3/4 c. shredded pepper Jack cheese (3 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 459º. Remove pie crust from pouch; unroll on ungreased
large cookie sheet. Place roast beef, tomato, onion & cheese length-
wise down center 1/3 of crust to within 1 in. of top & bottom edge.
2. Brush edge of crust with water. Fold top & bottom edges over filling;
fold in sides, overlapping in center & sealing edges. Cut into 3-4 slits
in top crust to allow steam to escape.
3. Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut cross-
wise into 8 slices. Serve warm.
