1 cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk
1 banana, frozen
1/4 quinoa, cooked
1 tsp coconut or vanilla extract

Directions:
Prepare quinoa according to package directions, substituting Silk Pure Coconut Milk for water. In a blender, put 1 c Silk Pure coconut Milk, 1 banana, 1/4 c quioa and 1 tsp coconut extract. Blend.

Quinoa is a complete protein. Silk Pure Coconut Milk is higher in calcium than milk. I was trying to incorporate their nutritional values as a tasty, healthy, quick breakfast.
