pressed pigeons
melted butter
salt & pepper
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Split down back & flatten breast. Wipe with damp cloth inside & out.
Season with salt & pepper. Put in covered dish. Bake 1 hour basting with melted butler. When done, heat 1 can mushroom soup & pour over. Bake 1/2 hour more & serve.
