Ingredients:  
500 ml container of Cottage Cheese
3-4 cups flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
1 cup milk

sauce:
sour cream, margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cups flour, milk, egg and salt to form a dough. Knead dough and add flour until dough isn't sticky.

Roll and cut into pieces. Fill with cottage cheese and pinch all sides together.


Boil a pot of water and put oil in it to keep from sticking to bottom. Boil verenekies until they float.

mix sour cream and a spoonful of margarine and melt in microwave.

Drain verenekies and pour the sour cream gravy on top.
