16 oz. marshmallows
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. whipped whipping cream
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows & milk.
Remove from heat. Cool stirring occasionally. Stir in extract.
2. Fold in pineapple & whipped cream in bowl.
3. Combine cracker crumbs & butter. Press 1 1/2 c. into a greased 13 x 9
in. dish. Spread with pineapple mixture. Sprinkle with remaining
crumb mixture.
4. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
