1/2 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose Flour
1 tsp. kosher (coarse) Salt
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/8 tsp. Chipotle Chili Powder or ground Red Cayenne Pepper
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
24 uncooked large Shrimp (about 1 lb.), peeled/deveined, with tails left on
1/4 medium fresh Lime

1. Heat oven to 500º F. Line 15" x 10" x 1" pan with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.

2. In resealable one gallon food storage plastic bag, mix all ingredients except shrimp & lime. Add shrimp and seal bag. Shake to coat with sugar mixture. Arrange coated shrimp in single layer on pan.

3. Bake 7-9 minutes or until sugar is carmelized. Remove from oven. Using pancake turner, turn shrimp. Squeeze juice from lime over shrimp. Place on serving platter. Serve immediately.

1 serving (2 shrimp) = 60 calories.
