2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Sheets or Rolls
4 Peaches, peeled & sliced into fourths (16 pieces)
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) can Mountain Dew
1 cup chopped Pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly butter a 13" x 9" baking dish. To use crescent sheet, spread out flat & then cut each sheet into 8 sections. Place 1 slice of peach onto each section & then seal completely. Line up dumplings in the prepared dish.

In a medium sauce pan, heat butter, sugar, & cinnamon together until butter is melted and sugar dissolved. Remove from heat & add Mountain Dew & vanilla. Pour over dumplings & then sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake uncovered about 35-40 minutes. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
