1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup wing sauce, mild
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, saute the chicken and onion in
oil until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the salad dressing, mayonnaise, wing sauce, and 1 cup of cheese. Drain pasta. Add pasta to skillet; toss to coat. Transfer everything to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated
through and cheese is melted.
