2 pounds cleaned boiled seasoned and chopped 110/130 shrimp or 2 pounds cleaned white backfin crab meat or 2 pounds cleaned seasoned crawfish tails, chopped.
1 large yellow onion chopped fine
½ bell pepper chopped fine
½ tsp. celery salt
1 can 8 ounce of tomato soup concentrate (for shrimp & crawfish, use one can mushroom soup for crab meat)
8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Bring soup, cheese, mayo and lemon juice to a boil, add gelatin mix and then rest of ingredients, pour into a mold. Let set. Should make two ring molds. This goes very well with many different style crackers or some hard bread.
