1 lb. medium shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chopped parsley
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Clean the shrimp. Wash shrimp and scallops under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels. In a bowl combine oil, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Add shrimp and scallops. Mix until coated. Let stand 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Remove fish from marinade. Gently press some extra breadcrumb mix onto fish. Put on 5 or 6 metal skewers. Alternate shrimp and scallops. Put skewers under hot broiler. Broil 2 minutes or until golden. Turn skewers over and broil 2 minutes on the other side. Serve with lemon wedges.
