12 flour tortillas
Butter
Sugar
Sliced strawberries (about 3 cups)
Whipped cream

Cut tortillas into 4" circles. Saute tortilla rounds (in batches) in buttered skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove from pan and sprinkle each side with sugar. To assemble, spoon strawberries onto 6 tortilla rounds. Top each with another tortilla, more strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
