Ingredients:  
1 can crushed pineapple
½ cup sugar
1 package Knox gelatin
½ cup cold water
8 ounces of cream cheese
½ cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cream cheese in small pieces, set aside. Boil pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and add to pineapple. Then add cream cheese, stirring to dissolve. Put in fridge until cold and starts to thicken. Mix the whip cream until stiff and fold into pineapple mixture. Pour into 8 inch pan and chill until firm.
