1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
5 Tbsp butter
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup milk
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz imitation crab in chunks
2 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in 1 Tbsp butter, set aside. Mix the flour into 4 tbsp melted butter. Add milk and half and half and stir over medium heat to thicken. Add 2 oz. of cheddar to the sauce. Mix in medium casserole dish the cut up crab, the sauce, onion and celery and remaining ingredients. Add remaining 2 oz of the cheddar to the top. Bake 25 minutes at 350º or until cheese starts to brown.
