1 package Phyllo Dough
1 stick butter, melted
3 – 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
3 eggs
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 tsp chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
For filling: Fry garlic and spinach in olive oil until soft. Add to feta cheese and eggs. To assemble place 4 layers of dough on shallow baking pan. Brush with melted butter and then cover with 1/3 of filling . Repeat this step and end with a layer of dough. Bake at 375º until golden brown. Cool and cut into 2”x2” squares to serve.
