1 - 2 lbs Ground Turkey or Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 cans Rotel with Green Chilies
1 tsp Salt and Pepper
1 (15 oz) can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (16 oz) can Lima Beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14-1/2 oz) can Corn, drained and rinsed
3 (14-1/2 oz) cans Stewed Tomatoes
1 (1.25 oz) package Taco Seasoning
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
1-1/2 Cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onions in skillet and drain off fat. Combine meat and all remaining ingredients in large Dutch oven or kettle. Bring to a boil and then simmer.

Serve with tortilla or nacho chips. Top with shredded cheese and/or a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
