1 large pkg. apricot jello ( orange jello can be used as a substitute)
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 can pineapple, crushed
2 bananas, cut fine
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 egg
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
Topping:
1. 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 container cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello according to directions. Let jello thicken in refrigerator then add pineapple, bananas,and marshmallow before jello is set.. Mix dressing mixture and cook until thick. Cool. Add to top of jello. Combine cream cheese and cool whip. Add to top of dressing. Chill and serve
