24 uncooked Jumbo Shells
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (26oz) chunky tomato pasta
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chilis
1/4 C. Water
1 (8oz) chive & onion cream cheese spread
1 1/2 C. Shredded 6 cheese Italian cheese blend
1/2 C. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 to 2 tbls chopped parsley

Heat oven 350º. Cook and drain pasta. In skillet cook beef, cool 5 minutes. In large bowl mix pasta and Rotel tomatoes and water. Pour 1 cup pasta sauce mix in bottom of unthreaded 9x13 dish. In bowl mix cheese spread, 1 cup Italian cheese, Parmesan, egg and cooked beef. Spoon heaping tbls into each shell. Arrange in dish pour remaining sauce over the top covering the shells. Cover with foil.
Bake 40-45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 Italian cheese, use more if you'd like. Bake another 10 mins or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
