3/4 c. margarine
2 1/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 pkg. yeast
7 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat first 4 items in pan over medium heat until margarine melts. Cool slightly so as not to ruin the yeast.
In mixing bowl add yeast and 3 cups flour, mix until blended. Add liquids. Add eggs. Mix again until blended. Change to dough hook and continue to add up to 4 more cups of flour or until dough forms a ball around the hook. Transfer into greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled. Take out and knead down. Make 48 balls for rolls. Place in greased pan, sides touching. Let rise until double. Bake at 425 for 12-15 (or 350 for 20 minutes for crustier rolls)
