1 prepared graham cracker crust
2 (14oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 can reddi-whip or cool whip

Place UNOPENED cans of condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Fill with water to the level of the tops of the cans. Place over high heat and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 3 hours at medium heat, replacing water as needed. (it is extremely important not to let the water run out!)

After 3 hours, remove cans of milk from water and carefully open. Pour the caramelized milk into the crust and allow to cool. Top with whipped topping.

This really does work. It is a very rich and decadent pie. I believe they serve one like it at O'Charley's restaurant.
