Ingredients:  
1 onion chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb. ground meat, crumbled
1 cup rice
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
red or green pepper
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter until tender, add meat and cooked until almost brown. Add the rice and cook for 1 minute longer. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Cut the peppers into large cubes and stir in. Add tomatoes and water, stir. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
