1 rattlesnake, cut in pieces
flour tortillas
re-fried beans

Directions:
Directions:
Skin rattlesnake and cut in pieces. Place pieces on a skewer and put skewer over glowing coals and keep it turning. When the meat quits sizzling, it is done.

For a different taste treat, roll the cooked meat in a flour tortilla with re-fried beans and eat like a sandwich.
