Ingredients: |
Ingredients: Ingredients: 1 small can green chilies 1 can (1.5 cups) artichoke hearts 1.5 cups Mayonnaise (don’t use light mayonnaise…it doesn’t work and the ingredients separate) 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1/2 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes 1 small jar (1/4 cup) pimentos 1 tablespoons garlic

Directions:Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. With a hand-held mixer (see photo), blend all of the ingredients together, or put all ingredients in a food processor and buzz until mixed up. Pour into an oven-safe pie tin or baking dish. Bake at 375° until bubbly (about 20 minutes) and then broil for just a few minutes until the top is light brown. Watch closely while broiling so you don’t overdo it. Take the dip out of the oven and let it settle for a few minutes. Serve with pita chips, sliced baked baguette or anything yummy. And now that you’ve found a “pot-no-luck-necessary” dish, you can make your block party even more meaningful. |
