1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 can (8oz.) cream corn
1 pkg. corn bread mix (like Jiffy)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
2 Tbsp. green chilis or 1 Tbsp. jalapenos diced

Directions:

Mix and spoon into greased 8 inch pan or pie dish and bake at 425º for 25 minutes.
