1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. melted butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
2 cans pumpkin
2 cans sweetened, condensed milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Add nuts to batter. Add melted butter. Mix well. Press into bottom of baking pan. Bake 15 min at 350º.

Meanwhile, lightly beat eggs using a whisk. Add pumpkin, milk, spices, and salt. Whisk until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 30-35 min. until filling is set.

Cool at room temp. Cut into squares. Garnish with whipped topping and decorate with pecan halves.

Use 9" square pan for half recipe.
