9" pie shell (baked) or 9" graham cracker crust
15 oz. can crushed pineapple drained (reserve juice)
3 tbls cornstarch
3/4 c sugar
2 large bananas
4 oz. coconut
1/2 jar maraschino cherries
1 tub (small) cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add enough water to reserved juice to make one cup.
2. Dissolve cornstarch in juice.
3. Stir in sugar and pour into sauce pan.
4. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
5. Add other ingredients.
6. Pour into pie shell.
7. Top with cool whip and chill
