1 c. milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/4 c. water
4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, shortening, and water until warm. Set aside and keep warm.

In large greased bowl, blend 1 1/3 c. flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm liquid to flour. Beat 2 min. Scrape bowl. Gradually add 2/3 c. flour and eggs. Beat 2 min. Add rest of flour. Cover and let rise 15 min. Beat down with spatula and put in greased bundt pan. Cover. Let rise again for 30 min.

Bake at 350º for 40-50 min.
