4 c. juneberries
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar, or more if you like sweeter
3 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
pastry for a double crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. In a saucepan, simmer juneberries in water for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice. Stir in sugar mixed with flour or cornstarch. Pour into prepared pastry lined pie plate. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust; seal and flute edges. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350º and bake 35-45 minutes longer or until golden brown. (I only baked it an extra 30 minutes)
