Cookies:
1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour

Powdered sugar for dusting

Mix all cookie ingredients together. Roll into bite size balls. Bake at 300º for 30 minutes. Remove and roll in powdered sugar.
