1 cup scalded milk
Knox gelatin 2 pkgs dissolved in 1/3 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
coconut 16 oz
2 cups whipped cream

Sauce - yummy yummy
2 T. margarine,
1/2 cup Karo syrup dark: 1/2 cup sugar: 1/3 cup cream: 1 T. flour: pinch salt

scald milk, add in gelatin (dissolved in water): stir in vanilla, sugar and salt. chill til slightly set. Add coconut and fold in whipped cream

For sauce: melt margarine, add flour to create rouge, add Karo and sugar, after thickened, stir in cream. keep in fridge
