Beef Broth
1/4 c. juice from pepperoncinis
Sliced onions and pepperoncinis

Directions:
Directions:
Bake roast 1 hour or more until tender. Slice thin. Put into slow cooker. Add broth to cover. Add at least 1/4 c. juice from pepperoncinis, sliced onions and pepperoncinis.
