3 lb. hamburger
1/2 head cabbage
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
Tabasco
3 bottles Brook's catsup
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion (chopped).
Chunk 1/2 head cabbage (cube). Blend in blender with a bit of water, then drain (reserve liquid).
Add salt, pepper, and bit of Tabasco plus Brooks catsup, sugar. Add hamburger. Simmer 2 hours - cabbage and hamburger. Add back some of reserved water. (Linda Rice usually did not drain cabbage at all.)
