4 large squash--grated
4 eggs
2-3 onions--fried
1 can of mushrooms
1 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 T. chicken soup mix
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl

Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for I hour at 350º

This can be adapted to little Kugelach, by putting into muffin pans lines with paper

this recipe freezes well and is a good choice for Yomtov or Sheva Brachos.
