1 panettone Bread or 10 slices of bread ( its better if it's not fresh) cubed
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups of milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 cup raisins

Sauce
2/3 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
7 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, sugar, butter and. Cinnamon. Add bread cubes and raisons. Mix well. Pour into greased 11x7x2 baking dish.
Bake 350 for 50 to 60 min. Or until knife is clean.
Meanwhile in a saucepan combine sugar, flour and water until smooth. Add butter. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cook & stir for 2 min. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Serve warm.

You can cube bread a day ahead of time. You can also use challah bread, cinnamon, or just about any bread you like. You can also use stale cinnamon rolls. Also the flavoring can be changed to whatever you like. Enjoy
