In whatever quantity you want:
Veal or pork cubes
Flour, salt and pepper for dredging
Hot Italian sausage
Green peppers. chopped
Onion, chipped
Jar of spaghetti sauce
Oregano
Garlic
Dash of red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan large enough to hold all ingredients, brown sausage and drain excess fat. Coat veal cubes in flour that has been mixed with salt and pepper. Brown and remove. Sauté green pepper and onions until soft. Combine all of the ingredients and simmer gently for 2˝ - 3˝ hours. Pork chops may be substituted for veal and sausage.
