8 ounces veal scaloppini (4 pieces)
½ tablespoon dry rubbed sage
1½ tablespoons margarine
Some slices of Prosciutto
Fontina cheese slices
¼ cup Marsala wine

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle both sides of veal with sage and season with pepper. Melt margarine over medium-high heat. Add veal and sauté on one side until brown (about 1 minute). Turn veal over and place Prosciutto on top of veal. Cover pan, reduce heat and cook until cheese melts (about 1 minute). Remove from pan, place on a platter and add ¼ cup Marsala wine to pan. Scrape pan for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon over veal and serve. Good with noodles.
