Sweet apple snitz
Ham hocks
Brown sugar
Dough for topping:
1 pint flour
2 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
Milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ham hocks until meat can be removed. Add apple snitz and boil until almost plump. Add brown sugar to your liking. Mix topping ingredients until a soft dough is formed. Drop on top of snitz, cover tightly and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
