1 pound hot dogs
1˝ teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 large onion
1˝ teaspoons prepared mustard
2 cloves garlic (optional)
1˝ teaspoons sugar
˝ teaspoon salt
˝ cup catsup
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in fat over low heat until tender. Stir frequently. Add other ingredients and heat about 5 minutes. Split frankfurters lengthwise and arrange them, cut side-up, in a shallow pan. Spoon mixture over frankfurters and heat under the broiler.
