1 large can sauerkraut
1 ring of Kielbasa sausage
½ cup of brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place sauerkraut in colander and rinse three times to remove sour taste. Wash sausage and cut into ¼ inch pieces. Dump kraut and sausage into large baking dish and toss together. Add brown sugar and mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This was a favorite dish at the Stone Glen Church of God functions. Everyone would ask my dad, George Sharrow, to make it.
