5 cups sliced, peeled apples
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Place apples in in an ungreased 9x9 inch square pan (or double the recipe and use a 9x13 inch pan) Mix remaining ingredients into a crumble. Sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 minutes.

This is a simple Bisquick recipe but after trying a million different recipes for apple crisp, this is THE BEST! If I didn't eat Bisquick, I would make my own and still use this recipe.
